Deleteif you have registered then you can participate any technical and non technical events and also when it comes only to quiz then we will have preliminary round from which we will select the participants if you have not cleared prelims round then you will not get your certificates so why we are asking you to participate in technical events.If you need to be a part of any event then registration is compulsory .
